“千百度”为集团第一个自主开发的品牌,于1995年在市场推出,以其2012年度零售收入计算,位居中国中高档女鞋市场的第四位。于2013年2月,集团收购国际知名时尚品牌“BADGLEYMISCHKA”及“MARK&JAMES”的商标。且于2013年3月,集团与东莞高阶贸易有限公司及东莞捷希皮革制品有限公司订立分销协议,作为主要分销商分销“ASH”及“JC”品牌产品,以进一步丰富集团的品牌组合,提高集团的市场份额以及在中国鞋履市场的影响力。

("Qianbaidu" or "company" together with its subsidiary "group", stock code: 1028) is the second large and medium-sized high-end women's business and leisure shoes retailer in China (based on the retail revenue for the year ended December 31, 2012), engaged in the production and sales of medium and high-end women's shoes in China with diversified design. The group has four self owned brands, namely "Qianbaidu", "Yiban", "Sun Dance" and "Mio". It also sells women's shoes through authorized brands "Naran" and distributes "ash" and "JC" brand products. The group sells its own products and licensed brand products through the retail stores of department stores and independent retail stores mainly in the first, second and third tier cities of China, and also wholesales its own brand products to its licensed distributors. At the same time, it produces products for international footwear companies in the form of OEM or ODM and exports them overseas. "Qianbaidu" is the group's first independently developed brand, which was launched in the market in 1995. Calculated by its 2012 retail revenue, it ranks the fourth in China's medium and high-end women's shoes market. In February 2013, the Group acquired the trademarks of internationally renowned fashion brands "badgleymischka" and "Mark & James". As the industry leader with multiple brands, Qianbaidu has developed retail network and a wide range. Through the perfect vertical integration business model, the group enables us to manage all major business chains including design and development, outsourcing, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and sales of products, so as to quickly respond to market demand.
