深圳宜和股份有限公司,于2007年初开始筹建。2007年9月在全国近百家单位申请购物频道呼号中率先获得国家广电总局批准,建立了深圳广电集团宜和购物频道。宜和购物频道于2008年3月28日正式开播。频道成立后之初即完成了电视直播体系的硬件集成,搭建了节目制播、客服呼叫、物流配送三大块核心体系搭建,同时建立了商品开发、商品采购、营销、公司管理等配套体系。成立后首年,深圳宜和股份有限公司与近千家供应商建立了合作关系,其中上档商品超过1500多种,包括服装、家用电器、多媒体通信、美容护肤用品、家居用品、食品、珠宝等14个品类。节目播出总时长由最初的12小时延长到19小时,几乎覆盖了观众全天的日常生活时间。

2009年,深圳宜和股份有限公司积极拓展销售渠道和覆盖销售范围,电子商务网站于2009年7月1日正式上线,2009年7月27日,深圳宜和股份有限公司正式走出深圳落地珠海。继而同年在广东省湛江、河源、清远、肇庆以及梅州等六个地区相继落地。与此同时,深圳宜和股份有限公司积极树立频道的社会责任感和热心公益的良好形象,先后开展了“宜和走进军营慰问活动”、“宜和温暖你的心”、“敬老有你我-孝心暖鹏城”走进养老院、孤儿院等等一系列公益活动,取得了良好的社会效益。
