华润雪花收购金威啤酒

2013年2月5日，华润创业旗下的华润雪花与金威啤酒集团有限公司签订有关啤酒业务的交易协议，协议规定华润雪花将以53.8亿元人民币的价格，收购金威啤酒的啤酒生产、分销及销售业务，并包括相关的股东贷款和债项，以及金威啤酒位于成都、东莞、佛山、汕头、天津、西安及深圳的7间啤酒酿造厂，综合产能总计145万吨。

华润创业表示金威啤酒质量良好，品牌深受消费者认可，在中国市场尤其广东地区，拥有强大的市场份额、销售网络以及优质的生产设备。此次收购有助于增加华润雪花的产能和规模效应，进一步完善其在中国的销售网络，并持续提升华润创业在全国啤酒行业的领导地位。
