2005年11月6日,四川长虹电器股份有限公司与广东格林柯尔企业发展有限公司签署了《美菱电器股份转让协议书》正式文本。根据股份转让协议的约定,格林柯尔将其持有的合肥美菱股份有限公司境内法人股82,852,683股(占该公司已发行总股本的20.03%)转让给四川长虹。
