湖南洞庭春米业有限公司于2005年3月11日注册成立，2012年4月23日升级重新注册，注册资本1620万元，位于澧县大坪乡玉成居委会5组。公司经营范围：粮食、油菜籽收购、加工、销售。

2012年，公司在湖南省边贸口子镇复兴厂镇启动“年加工20万吨原粮生产线建设项目”，占地100亩，建筑面积40000余平方米，项目设计总投资15210万元。2015年8月竣工，公司投入资金12054万元，新建成粮食存储仓库9栋，仓容108000吨；大米生产车间及配套日生产精米330吨的全智能自动化生产线；日处理600吨稻谷烘干车间及配套烘干设备；办公楼房及员工宿舍、厂区消防及绿化配套。2015年8月投入使用以来，大力提升了大米生产新技术、新工艺、食品安全和产品质量控制的综合实力。至此，公司已拥有粮食仓库22栋，仓容量15万吨，其中：大坪粮食存储仓库7栋，仓容25000吨，车溪粮食存储仓库6栋，仓容9000吨。公司设置办公室、收储部、生产部、市场营销部、财务审计部5个部门，现有员工120人。
